It sounded like an automated response from SSE Scottish Electricity.
It appears to involve Scottish electricity, but I'm not the bill payer in our house, we don't reside in Scotland, and we're not seeking a new provider. I received two calls in one day and have now blocked the line.
They claimed to represent SSE Scottish Electric, and when I declined they begged me not to hang up.
Fraud.
