This is a scam, claiming to be from Nationwide or Zara, regarding a £599.99 transaction.

I got a clearly fraudulent message stating: NATlONWlDE: Your authorization number for a purchase at ZARA of 599.99 has been approved. If you did NOT initiate this call, contact 0330 220 4408.

I recived the same text as others on here, saying i need to pay £599 to zara, and to ring the number if i didnt request it, not even posible with nationwide!

While at a theme park with my kids, I spent most of the day queuing to call this number and navigating their fake Nationwide call center menu, only to speak to the same person each time to 'resolve this issue.' His voice was breaking up, which was quite funny, and witnessing his rising frustration during my calls was a real treat. I highly recommend calling to waste this scammer's time and see how much you can rattle him. I had a blast, and you can too.
