The 03308089378 number rang me twice, but no one was on the other end, it's clear that these calls are trying to find active numbers to sell to other organisations, it's a scam, i sugest you dont answer or block the number, or report it to ofcom, though it dont realy work.
The identity of the caller is unknown, as I don't answer calls from unrecognised numbers, and despite multiple attempts, no messages have been left on my answerphone, although I could hear background voices on one occasion
