As the number was unrecognised, I chose not to answer, suspecting it to be a scam.
Having just contacted M & S customer services to voice my concerns regarding the poor quality of an item I ordered, I noticed the comments here suggest it was likely M&S calling just moments after my conversation. Unfortunately, the call didn't connect properly, so I ended the call. I suspected it could have been a survey about the service I received, despite having already expressed my disinterest in participating in one.
A call was made to my mobile, but no message was left; considering my recent interaction with M&S regarding a missing delivery, I'm wondering if there's a connection - however, given the prevalence of scams, I've adopted a policy of not answering suspicious calls, instead waiting for a genuine message or follow-up email.
Having received two missed calls with no voicemail, I suspect it might be related to my recent email to M&S regarding a delivery issue, although it's odd they didn't respond via email instead.
Apparently, a call from M&S was made to me, requesting the first line of my address in order to process a £250 gift voucher.
