Nowadays, when i answer our home phone, i dont say a word due to all the junk calls we get, and when i didnt respond, the voice on the other end said 'i can hear your breathing pal', so i just put the phone down on him.
Claimed to be an insurance broker, knew we were in the process of sorting out an insurance policy, said he could do it quicker, must of been a data breach somewhere, could be trouble for elderly or vulnerable people.
