I got four messages, roughly one per week, from a fake mobile number urging me to call. It was clearly a scam as they used a name that isn’t mine. I’ve reported each to the ICO.
It appears this number is masquerading as Scott & co, as I've previously spoken to the genuine company and they used a different number, indicating a scam
It's Scott and Co reaching out again, David. You failed to return our last call. Please ring us on 03333206862, Reference 80510235209. This is the second message received from this sender, yet I cannot trace the originating number. Quite confusing, as no David has my mobile number.
We've recieved repeated messages from "ScottCo", not from an actual number, asking to URGENTLY call them. It's a high cost number to call. No clue what it's about, just trying to get people to phone them. They have our NAME and number, so clearly obtained from a legitmate company.

The representative was very courteous and understanding regarding the confusion during our conversation.

Seems to be a valid contact.
