I received a text asking me to call 03333 446 376 regarding my outstanding PPI claim. After verifying the number with Gladstone Brookes' head office, I found that it was legitimate and belonged to their South African call center. The call center had access to my last three addresses and other personal details, and I had no issue with the call as it was related to my ongoing PPI claim.
