I recieved a call from Utility Warehouse to confirm the time and date of my Smart Meter installation, which was expected and not a problem.
Apparently, this is regarding a utility warehouse, somthing about the re installation of a smart meter, which I never asked for in the first place.
Utility Warehouse called to confirm my appointment for tomorrow - no issues here.
This unknown landline number has called twice
A relative of mine, who is elderly, received a call from this number claiming to follow up on an email about installing a smart meter, which is suspicious given that she doesn't use a computer or have an email address
I have now sucessfully blocked this particuler number.
I've been recieving repeated calls and texts from this number regarding smart meters, despite my explicit wishes to the contrary, and I beleive Utility Warehouse is violating GDPR regulations, which became law in 2016.
Utility Warehouse is harrasing me to get a smart meter, they rang my home and mobile and left a message, i told them last week i dont want one, but they wont stop calling
At 20.26 on a friday evening, I recieved a call from a representive claiming to be from utility warehouse, regarding the instalation of a smart meter. Despite my previous declination, they still wanted to confirm my details, which I refused to provide, especally since they didnt have my updated name. The representive apoligised for the late call but insisted they would continue to contact me.
