Harassment Call
For nearly two decades, I've been a pay-as-you-go customer and always in credit, yet this company has been bombarding me with around a thousand calls and texts every week, claiming I owe them money for electricity, which is utterly absurd. Despite my attempts to email them, the messages bounced back, and they refuse to communicate electronically, instead insisting on phone calls, which I find incredibly frustrating and damaging to my mental well-being. Their relentless pursuit of a debt I don't owe, amounting to less than £100, is nothing short of harassment. I've had to repeatedly block their numbers to get some peace.
