Woke up to a noisy early‑morning call from a call centre – could be a scam, not sure. After answering, a human finally spoke my first name. I get similar calls monthly. They wanted me to complete it over the phone and called again on both my mobile and landline at 9:45 am. Attempting to block the number gave a dead tone on 1571, which I couldn't understand.
