Nachdem ich das Online‑Banking eingerichtet hatte, rief die angegebene Nummer mit einem Verifizierungscode an – eindeutig kein Spam. Trotzdem sollte man keine telefonischen Fragen beantworten, sondern lieber persönlich in die nächste Filiale gehen; Betrüger erfinden ständig neue Methoden.
I was setting up online banking, and as I followed the instruktions, they called me with a verification code from this number, it seemed legit, but I still dont think its a good idear to answer questions over the phone, its better to go to your local branch, scammers are geting more and more clever.
