This number is associated with Smile Bank, also known as Co-operative Bank.
Upon investigation, it became clear they were supposely calling from the co-op bank fraud team about suspicious transactions, although I didnt trust the number as it was one digit different from the standard co-op number, they got quite agressive when I told them I would ring back on the co-op number I knew

This number claimed to be the Co-op bank investigating fraud, but they didnt provide any details of the account, seems like a scam to me, originally they told me to ring back on 08006403193 but when i did, the recorded message said Nat West Bank.
