I recieved a call from Tesco credit card about fraudulent activity on my account

A scammer posing as a Natwest Bank representative attempted to phish me, but I caught on and reported it to my actual bank, which had previously advised me on how to handle such situations.

This number is allegedly from the Natwest Fraud Team.

Natwest fake, dont give detail's

Beware of this fraudulent number masquerading as HSBC's fraud department, alleging suspicious credit card transactions. Immediately disconnect and refrain from sharing personal details.

Apparently, a scammer posed as NatWest fraud team, inquiring about a login from a new device in the Liverpool area, and requested me to instal an app from an email he was going to send, at wich point I ended the call

This is a bank fraud, they want you to login to your online banking or somthing

Fortunately, I didnt answer the call as I was alredy engaged in a conversation with my bank regarding a suspisous fraud attempt!

Impersonates NatWest

There's just a single digit separating this number from NatWest's official fraud reporting line, so double-check and block it, since it's clearly a scam. They even had my birthdate, suggesting they might target elderly individuals.

A scammer, who called himself 'Alan', claimed to be a chief external fraud investigation officer from NatWest, he knew my date of birth and sports team, wich is strange
