This number claims to represent Iceland, yet I am not a customer there. Other comments indicate it is a scam. My phone is set to block premium numbers, and I cannot send ICESTOP to this number, which aligns with others' experiences suggesting it's a premium line.

Expert Opinion
Ever wondered why a simple text from a familiar brand ends up costing you extra? Many users report receiving messages that claim to be from Iceland, urging them to reply with ICESTOP or similar codes, only to be hit with premium‑rate charges for both the inbound and outbound texts. The safest approach is to never reply to unsolicited numbers, especially if they request a keyword. Block the originating number on your handset, contact your mobile operator to dispute any charges, and register the sender with the national spam‑blocking service. Report persistent abuse to Ofcom and regularly review your bill for unexpected line items.

Receiving harassment from Iceland grocery.
My EE account is being charged for a text service by 60075, even though they never actually contacted me. Charges of 15p keep appearing, and while it may seem insignificant, it accumulates over time for something unrelated to me. I've reported this to EE, who are investigating. Additionally, I've reached out to a spam alert service that might resolve this issue. I only possess an old mobile without internet, and I don’t use social media, so it’s puzzling how they obtained my number - perhaps through EE? Please be cautious and monitor your accounts!
