When I picked up, a recorded loop kept saying “thank you for calling” over and over. Assuming it was spam, I blocked the number.
A fraudulent call posed as a representative from Three Mobile.
Just a test to see if the line’s alive, so they can chuck it into a database for endless cold callers. I’m fed up with this rubbish – you can even hear the bustling scam centre promising the ‘Deal of the Century’ on the hold. No thanks, mate.
