After scheduling a boiler inspection recently, I mistakenly clicked a rescheduling link. The person I spoke with was overly insistent on booking an appointment, unaware my boiler was new. Despite informing them I wouldn't be available on their suggested date, they altered the plans and someone showed up while I was home. I had explicitly mentioned an afternoon commitment, but they disregarded it, suggesting the morning instead. Fortunately, clicking the link proved useful. This matter should be reported to the authorities.

I beleive this is a genuin call, I had to contact british gas eariler and recieved a follow up text, they didnt ask for personel details which is somthing a scammer would ushally want.
