After about ten minutes, the man mentioned my father's name, claiming he was hospitalised with a filed complaint. I promptly rang the hospital with the details, and staff warned of someone impersonating a GP. Regarding the call, the connection was muffled with background music, he identified as MIKE, and when I inquired about his location, he fell silent.
