It happens to Airbnb hosts frequently. Wanting communication outside Airbnb messaging system (Whatsapp). Usually demanding some type of reservation for longer time than wanting money back for exchange of percentages. A SCAM!! Avoid any type of communication with such fictive person and report this to Airbnb.
