Very aggressive and angry behaviour was displayed. They erupted when I asked to return food that had left the restaurant 30 minutes earlier, despite living only 5 minutes away and knowing it would be cold. As a vulnerable adult, I felt quite shaken; I believe Uber should conduct CRB checks on their staff to ensure they are fit to interact with the public, especially vulnerable individuals. As a paying customer, I have the right to decline food that arrives icy cold. It is unacceptable to be yelled at in such an aggressive manner
