A voicemail was left stating they were from Amazon, claiming I had an incomplete transaction, but when I tried to return the call, it was unreachable - undoubtedly a scam
Although last reported in 2021, this scam has resurfaced. The message claims Openreach will visit to upgrade broadband and asks to confirm or rearrange via text. I ignored it as a phishing attempt.
The call said it was from Openreach about switching to TalkTalk. I’ve got no deal with TalkTalk.

This morning, I contacted Talk Talk regarding a text from Openreach, and they confirmed the number is genuine, as they're upgrading some customers to 'Future Fiber', which apparently is a faster service, but it comes with a 24 month contract.
