Expert Opinion
Bottom line: the +447873077777 number is almost certainly a phishing scam masquerading as an eBay verification source. Users report unsolicited security codes for eBay, LinkedIn, Blizzard and other platforms, a classic sign of credential‑stealing attempts. If you receive a code you never requested, do not click any links or reply. Instead, open your eBay account directly in a browser or official app to check for alerts, and consider blocking the number. Report the incident to your carrier and to eBay’s abuse team to help curb the abuse.

Länk i sms:et pekar någon annanstans.

After changing my Ticketmaster password, I received a 6-digit verification code from this number, which also sent codes to other services like Patreon and LinkedIn, raising suspicions about the legitimacy of this number
Following a series of attempts to access my Ticketmaster account over the past two weeks, I updated my password and received a 6-digit verification code from this number. Notably, it was also used for verification purposes on Patreon, Battlenet, Steam Authenticator, LinkedIn, Microsoft Azure, and several other undisclosed services. Although it appears to be a rented British text message number, the situation seems suspicious, so it's essential to be cautious.
Recently, I changed my Ticketmaster password after they contacted me a couple of times in the last two weeks. When I updated my password, a 6-digit verification was sent from this number. The curious thing is, this number also sent verifications for Patreon, Battlenet, Steam Authenticator, LinkedIn, Microsoft Azure, and some other undisclosed verification numbers. This could be a rented British text message number, and it seems suspicious. Nevertheless, exercise caution!
