I was sent a text that appears to target people vulnerable to domestic violence: "Hi! ⚠️ On Sun 7 Sept at ~3pm, the UK will test the Emergency Alert system. Your phone/tablet may sound a loud siren & show a message for ~10 secs. No action needed. If you are at risk (e.g., domestic abuse) and have a concealed phone you can choose to opt out of the alert here – (dodgy link)".

Considering the previous remarks about this number, I'd label it as Dangerous! Today I got a text stating: We are about to release our newest report on how the whisky market is delivering over 10% tax‑free returns annually. Reply YES for details, STOP to opt‑out. I blocked it and marked it as junk.

A text from this number read “Happy Sunday. VegazPlus invites you to play for free and win Big…”, followed by two links designed to drain your bank—pure fraud.

These recruiters are actually scammers pretending to be a legitimate agency, even cloning numbers to appear authentic.

A text from this number claimed they'd seen my CV and said I’d be ideal for a specific role, even quoting the position and hourly rate. It then asked me to confirm if they could forward my CV for consideration. At first glance it looks credible, especially for job‑seekers, but after checking here I’m convinced it’s a recruitment scam.

A message warned that my car insurance had been mis‑sold and urged an immediate call—clearly a scam, as they already knew my registration and phone number.

These texts are fraudulent.

Avoid responding to this number; it belongs to scammers.

I received a message from this number offering investments promising returns over 7%, but I didn’t click the link.

A promotion for an RAF Lakenheath shirt offering £10 off appeared, but it turned out to be a dangerous scam—do not reply or open any links.

Two identical texts arrived a minute apart, each stating "Your verification number is …" followed by an underlined six‑digit code. Since I haven’t made any purchases or attempted to log into anything, this looks like a scam.
