I'm uncertain whether it's a scam or not; it appears to be connected to DWP, yet they never leave a message. When I answered, there was only silence, which is quite strange. If they genuinely wanted to reach me, they could use my email, send a text, or a letter. I refuse to share any personal information with a cold caller.
