Dangerous calls pretending to be Carphone Warehouse
Summary — +448000496250
Expert Opinion
Imagine receiving a call from a number that flashes ‘Carphone Warehouse’ on your screen, yet feels off‑kilter. The voice may be garbled, accented, or abruptly end the conversation, which are typical signs of a spoofed or scam call. Never disclose personal details, banking information or ID unless you have independently verified the caller through the official website or a known contact number. Let the call go to voicemail, then block the number on your handset. Report the incident to your mobile provider and to the retailer’s fraud team. Stay cautious and keep a record of any suspicious interactions.
