Today, I received a letter that looked official, complete with NatWest’s logo, registered office address, and a company registration number. It’s shocking to see that complaints about this number have been ongoing for three years with no resolution. While I don’t blame the platform for this, I’m grateful it exists to help us protect ourselves and others from such fraud. My concern is for those less informed who might lose their savings. I’m taking the letter to my local branch and will update with any new information.
