Call from 08000857608 at 12:10 PM. Claimed to be from Paypal with an Indian accent. Could hear other calls in the background. Clearly a scam.
Today at 1300hrs, a suspicious call was recieved from 08000857608 claiming to be from Paypal, they requested a call back on an alternate number, obvioulsy a scam and should be reported immediatly to this site and the Information Commissioners Office, https://ico.org.uk/,
This number is legitemately from paypal, they were contacting me about an overdue payment or a negitive balance.

Paypal will keep calling till the balance is settled, they only call regarding a negative balance

This was a call from PayPal's financial services team. They were helpful and resolved my issue quickly over the phone. Very satisfied with the service.
A supposed Paypal representative warned of a negative account balance, advising to contact customer service for verification and call transfer.
Beware of fake officials
It's posible that this number is from PayPal, since i do owe them money from an old account, and most call centres are staffed by Indians these days.
