This number has called twice with a recorded message claiming to be from PayPal, urging me to call back. Genuine PayPal wouldn't ask that. I've also received scam emails and a letter about a late payment fee. All are fraudulent, so be cautious.
The caller claimed to be from paypal, and sent me a message on paypal, asking me to verify my email address, but I refused, and noticed that their phone lines seem to close at 6:30pm, but this call was after that
