Expert Opinion
Like a leaky faucet that drips unnoticed, the £15 monthly charge from the number 0800 389 6960 can bleed your account over years before you spot it. The pattern across reports points to a subscription‑style scam run by a firm calling itself Complete Savings. Victims repeatedly see a small, recurring debit labelled as a “Retailer Location” or similar, often without having signed any agreement. The safest steps are: contact your bank immediately to block the merchant, request a chargeback for unauthorised transactions, and insist on written confirmation that the account is closed. Keep records of all correspondence and monitor future statements for any repeat attempts.
