The caller inquired about Mr. Hamilton, and upon my response, asked if I was the homeowner. I declined to answer any further questions, as the initial inquiry about Mr. Hamilton had already raised suspicions of a scam. The number has since been blocked.

Initially, it appears to be a human, but you can have some amusement by posing questions to see its responses, like asking for the time or day. It circles back to answers unrelated to GDPR. It's concerning that such calls are made without actual staff being employed. Unless you fancy playing games, best to block this number.
An automated message offered funding for windows and asked if I was the homeowner. When I said no, it stated I didn’t qualify and ended the call.
