The caller claimed to be from Talk Talk, wanting to discus my lines and answer security questions, but seemed too pushy and unwillng to answer my questions, raising some red flags.
I recieved a call with marketing informations that didnt match the email I got from Talk talk, so I had to contact Talk talk customer service to verify the informations and it turned out to be incorrect
i didnt answe the call becaus i didnt know the number, but now i know thanks to this site maybe i will answe next time
I came home last night and saw a missed call on my phone, I decided to call it back to see who had called, a man answer and told me he was from Energy Group, he said I was paying to much to Octopus for my energy, I dont know if this was a scam or not, but as Octopus is number one supplier it is an easy target

This call was from TalkTalk, following up on recent complaints made to the company.
The caller claimed to be from TalkTalk, but the strong foreign accent and leading questions raised suspicions of a spam call; I informed them that TalkTalk should contact me in writing or via email instead
The phone rang four times before stopping, and then rang again five minutes later, stopping after five rings, I had spoken to support the previous day, so it could have been them, but if they cant be bothered to leave a message, I wont be bothered to answer, and will block the number after one more call.
