An automated voluntary survey from Lloyds, Bank of Scotland and Halifax called, but it would have been better if they hadn't rung while I was already on the line with them!
That was simply a Lloyds request for feedback following a call; although the number was unfamiliar at first, responding is optional and not essential.
After a 20‑minute call with Halifax about logging into my credit‑card account, the number popped up three times with a scam warning – it felt harassing and came too soon after I’d agreed to a survey. My card has been giving me grief for years; yesterday the password wouldn’t work, I reset it twice and now the account’s locked until a code arrives by post in five days. I was mid‑purchase when the card was declined, so I never knew if it went through. Now that the purchase is confirmed, I’m wondering if I’ve been charged multiple times because I tried three times. In short, the system’s rubbish – after 60 years with Lloyds I can’t fathom why the online banking is so terrible, mate.
I had previously consented to a Lloyds bank questionnaire during an earlier telephone conversation.

Got a follow‑up from Customer Service after using Telephone Banking with Lloyds, Halifax and the Bank of Scotland group – definitely not a scam, you know.
After finishing a conversation with a Bank of Scotland adviser, I had opted into a survey; an unknown number rang immediately, likely the Lloyds/Halifax survey mentioned elsewhere, and I’m not inclined to answer an unidentifiable call.
I wonder why Lloyds would call us when we aren't their customers; there was no answer and no voicemail left, which makes me think the number has been cloned by scammers.
While still on a call with Lloyds, an unknown number rang stating a survey would follow within 15 minutes; I didn't answer because the caller ID was unfamiliar.
An automated survey from Lloyds/Halifax was received; it appears legitimate and not a scam.
I called on behalf of someone not residing here and they claimed to be RBS – flagged it as the last number to call, mate.

This number is used by a group of scammers or time wasters who call from about 40 different numbers. They keep ringing for weeks and won’t take no for an answer. They’re the worst and should face legal action if caught.
The service from Lloyd Bank has been satisfactory 👍
