It's customer feedback from Lloyds. They mistakenly attempted to reach me three times while I was on hold with Lloyds trying to resolve issues with my card and account due to fraud. It was an irritating experience, and naturally, I didn’t answer as I was still on hold. However, after that call, I found that if you agree to participate in the survey, you get through to a real person much quicker! Then you can choose not to respond to the survey!

I recieved a call from this number on my landline shortly after speaking with a Lloyds Bank customer representative, and although I had agreed to participate in a customer satisfaction survey, I was dissapointed to find only silence on the other end, followed by a robotic voice after a lengthy 15 seconds.
I can confirm that this call was indeed from Lloyds Bank, as it followed a conversation with their customer service team and involved a brief survey
