Although this number belongs to Citizens Advice, it won’t accept return calls. Our CAB runs sessions at the Job Centre on Thursdays, and we were told that a CAB representative would call to confirm the appointment date and time.

Further investigation revealed that this number is actually used by Citizens Advice to assist individuals with energy costs, as I had previously requested a referral and subsequently received a call from this number, which I initially didn't answer, prompting them to leave a message.
