An automated call claimed to be from our monitoring service. No helpful details were provided, just choices to accept or decline the call, and by the time I turned the light on, all I caught was "... the call will now end." Our monitoring company doesn't use them. It traced back to Custodian.
I recieved a call from alarm monitoring at 3.30 am saying my alarm had activated, the thing is I dont know how they got my number as I am not on any key holders list?
