It's amusing to see people questioning the existence of those who make calls, don't they have lives of their own? Just like any other job, SIFO surveyors do theirs. It's straightforward. There's a difference between telemarketers and those conducting surveys about our society, the latter simply ask for your opinion, and your voice matters.
