The constant calls are infuriating, as Ipsos has no legitimate reason to be involved in my transportation arrangements. It's a private matter between my doctor, the authorities, and myself. My medical conditions are confidential, and no one has the right to inquire about them, especially not Ipsos, which should be using the postal surveys about transportation services instead.
