Repeated calls are made, even late at night, which is annoying despite being on the do not call registry

My 89-year-old father has received multiple calls from this number, and I've advised him not to answer unknown calls, so if someone from Ipsos Observer sees this, please investigate who you are calling
To the telephone spammers: you are now added to my call block list
Note that the blockage does not apply to unsolicited calls for surveys, public information, or political campaigns, which can still be received even if the number is blocked with NIX-Telefon.
Repeated calls and rude hang-ups
Despite being registered on the do-not-call list, I received a call asking for an interview, which is unacceptable
Most of Panasonics moddels have Incoming "Call Barring (Black List)" wich works perfictly
Background laughter was noticed multiple times, suggesting someone is prank calling
I want to make a comment, nowaday's it's also about MARKETING and NIX TELEFONI
Apparently, Ipsos can still call you even if you have a Nix registration, since market research is exempt from this rule. To avoid their calls, simply inform them that you're not interested, and they'll know. It's also worth noting that there are some exceptions to the Nix rule, as explained on http://www.nix.nu/undantag-fr%C3%A5n-NIX-Telefon.aspx. Additionally, I'd like to share this insightful blog post: http://folin.nu/blog/en-telefonintervjuares-bekannelser/

Jag fick all information jag behövde, tack för hjälpen.
These unwanted calls, despite our number being protected, highlight the need for authorities to intervene and put a stop to such harassment, which is further facilitated by the use of lists.
Despite the caller ID, no one answered on either occasion
These repeated calls are infuriating and go unanswered, likely a number I don't recognize, and I'm on the no-call list, what a nuisance
Some people believe that if you don't answer the phone, companies will keep calling, but it's possible they're just trying to reach you and don't know you're not interested, personally, I always answer and ask to be put on the do-not-call list if I'm not interested
It seems your company's behavior needs improvement so people don't get angry with you, think before you act!
Over the past two weeks, I've received around 30 calls from them, including missed calls, and I have no intention of answering
Unclear intentions behind the call
The frequency of calls is excessive, occurring both morning and evening, with only silence on the other end when answered
Conducted market research, found it interesting and the person was very friendly
Upon answering, the caller immediately hung up, a pattern consistent with previous experiences reported by others
