Efter flera misslyckade samtal och att ha lagts på grund av en enorm kö (plats 170), provade jag att ringa tidigt på morgonen (kl. 08:05) och fick plats 87. Väntetiden blev omkring 52 minuter innan jag kom i tal. Jag är mycket besviken, men hoppas att detta bara är en tillfällig situation. När man väl får kontakt är personalen oerhört hjälpsam.
