Apparently they claim to be T-mobile, offering contract renewal and other services.. Afterwards, they ask for verification by name and surname, PESEL, and even date of birth after refusal !!!! These are sensitivie data !!! If it's realy T-mobile, they should allready have this informations !!! This is obviously a scam !!!
