They are agresive and rude womens, probaby from some escord agency, they call me several times a day, asking for my id and pesel number, when i ask why, they say they wont tell me until i give them the informations, they want to steal my personal datas, when i refuse, they start shouting and threatning me, i have been theyre customer for over 2 years, but now i want to change the operator, becouse this is a scam, i never experinced something like this before

They are calling me dont no why, the lady ask for my subscripton number, companys adress, nip (wich I provid) and sudenly she ask for my PESEL!! I told her I dont no mine, and I dont want to reveil it, she laffd and told me she will call me later :D, I think its bad manner to ask such question, so I wont be ansering

We don't pay for picking up the call, only for calls made to the customer service. The cost of calling customer service numbers like *500 or 790500500 is listed in our operator's price list. For my Play account, the cost per minute is 29 cents, with a maximum cost of 1.50 PLN per call.
