Calls come in every few days. When I answered, they offered me an additional 5GB. Upon asking if there were any costs involved, they denied it. When I requested written confirmation, they initially said I would receive an SMS. I insisted on prior confirmation, and they replied, "I know about that," before hanging up. I will definitely switch providers when my contract ends. This is unacceptable. They regularly try to push something supposedly free, which after multiple inquiries always turns out to have costs or is only free for one month. However, nothing is provided in writing.
This number calls every few days, offering 5GB of additional data when I answer. When I ask if it comes with costs, they deny it. However, when I request a written confirmation, they initially say a confirmation SMS will be sent, then claim they are aware of the situation and hang up. I will definitely switch providers when my contract expires due to such poor service.
