Der schlechteste Kundenservice, den ich je erlebt habe. Bevor ich mein Anliegen vorbringen konnte, wurde mir bereits eine Vertragsverlängerung angeboten. Nachdem ich endlich meine Meinung äußern konnte, wurde mir erneut eine Verlängerung angeboten. Als ich sagte, dass ich den Festnetzanschluss wegen des Todes meines Vaters kündigen möchte, antwortete der Anrufer nur knapp, dass er den Vertrag kündigen werde, und wollte auflegen. Als ich um eine schriftliche Bestätigung bat, wurde mir genervt angeboten, mir eine E-Mail zu schreiben, ohne dass sie meine Adresse hatten. Dann legte er einfach auf. Dieser Dienst hat in meinen Augen nicht einmal eine Note von 9 verdient. Das ist kein Service, sondern Nötigung.
I have experienced the worst customer service ever. Before I could even express my concern, they offered me a contract extension. After I managed to say a few words, they interrupted me again and offered another extension. When I finally got to explain that I wanted to cancel my landline due to my father's passing, the caller responded curtly and tried to hang up. When I asked for a written confirmation by post, they ignored my request and offered to send me an email instead, without even having my address. Then, they just hung up on me. In my opinion, this service doesn't even deserve a score of 9. It's not service; it's harassment.
The caller tried to inform me over the phone about switching tariffs or closing a deal right then. There was one aspect I wanted to mull over overnight. At that, the woman [possibly Arab or Turkish (?)] first pleaded, saying she hadn't 'made a sale' yet that day and desperately needed a 'commission', then got snippy and hung up without a goodbye. I'm rethinking whether to sign up with such folks at all.

They wanted to inform me about a tarif change and wanted to make a deal, but I wanted to think about it, then the lady becames pushy and agresive and just hang up, thats was wierd, I dont know if I want to deal with them anymore.
Beware—I strongly advise against engaging. They push contracts with add-ons. If you decline interest, the rep asks to send an informal email. You can review it leisurely and activate via a link if keen. But sending the email with a recording seals the deal legally. Cancelling proves extremely tough, with the company showing no flexibility. Now they're threatening collections. I'm handing it over to a lawyer.

Man denkt, man kann in Ruhe entscheiden, doch die Mail macht den Abschluss bereits rechtswirksam. Die Stornierung ist extrem schwierig, und man wird mit Inkasso bedroht. Inzwischen ist ein Anwalt eingeschaltet worden.

After becoming a customer, you'll start receiving calls with various offers, such as a free e-scooter or TV, but these come with a contract for a sim card that you can't use and have to pay for. This can lead to unexpectedly high monthly payments, and it's difficult to get out of these contracts. I consider this practice morally reprehensible and exploitative, and you should think carefully before taking such a risk.

Ich warne ausdrücklich vor Anrufen von dieser Firma, weil ich selbst schon schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe, und ich rate jedem, vorsichtig zu sein, wenn man solche Anrufe erhält, weil sie einem versuchen, Verträge und Angebote aufzuschwatzen, die man nicht braucht, und die einem am Ende viel Geld kosten, und es ist sehr schwer, wieder aus solchen Verträgen rauszukommen.

Doświadczyłem natręctwa i braku profesjonalizmu podczas rozmowy - po odmowieurveyzmiany dostawcy usług, zostałem zastraszony możliwością przerwania połączenia i odmowy pomocy technicznej.
Ich bin schockiert und erniedrigt durch den Anruf, da ich nach meiner Entscheidung, nicht auf Glasfaser zu wechseln, bedroht wurde, und ich finde es inakzeptabel, dass Kunden unter Druck gesetzt werden

I am schocked and embarased by the call, after i desided not to swich to glasfaser, they threated me to interupt my conection and deny me any help, this is inaceptable and show a bad companie policy, i cant give this number a positive reviews and warn other to be carefull
