A shady outfit from Essen you can look up online. They call themselves 'Xact the Voice Company GmbH'. Got our info from 1&1 and cold-call for commissions. Like those old-school door-to-door hustlers from the 80s pushing contracts on unsuspecting folks, but now it's headset slavery. Ask who's calling and they hang up—usually migrants, probably scared of getting caught.
Ich bin in einen Knebelvertrag geraten. Dazu kamen weitere Produkte wie 2x All-Net-Flat mit 2 GB, die ich kündigen konnte, aber es wurden trotzdem Gebühren einbehalten. Außerdem wurde ein Norton-Antivirus-Paket für zwei Jahre abgeschlossen, das ich nie bestellt habe. Der Support spricht selten Deutsch, ist dickköpfig, abweisend und unhöflich. Niemals wieder.

Everything with telephony and mobile internet works fine and I'm content. However, the customer service stood out very negatively, especially the pushy way they urge tariff optimisation. 'You do know you've got a really cheap deal here that you can't keep'.... The tone is generally rude, pressuring, and doesn't reflect reality properly in my opinion. They try to convince you that your current contract can only be retained at these rates after prolonged begging on your part, even though a quick check on sites like Check24 shows plenty of other options with equal or better terms. As soon as I say I'm not interested in renewing, particularly not on worse conditions, the staff hang up without a goodbye or unleash their burning anger beforehand.
