Unknown number, tried to get me to buy something. Not falling for it, total scam!

Ich wollte den Service-Pin haben, um meinen Festnetzanschluss von DSL auf Glasfaser umzustellen, aber sie drohten mir, dass ich sonst ab Januar 2025 ohne Internet und Telefon dastehe, was mich sehr beunruhigt, ich denke, das ist ein bisschen übertrieben, oder

Achtung! Immer wenn die Hotline klingelt, schieben sie dir Verträge unter, denen du nie zugestimmt hast—besonders die teure Datenflat. Das erfährst du dann per Mail als 'abgeschlossen'. Billige Abzocke, und das öfter! Jetzt geblockt, nix geht!

Ein warnendes Zeichen ist, dass bei jedem Anruf der Hotline unerwünschte Verträge aufgedrängt werden, insbesondere die teure Daten-Flat. Die vermeintliche Bestätigung erfolgt per E-Mail, was als miese Abzocke zu betrachten ist.

Beware: every time the hotline calls, they push some unwanted contract, especially the expensive data flat rate, which you never agreed to. You only find out about it via email. This is a downright scam and has happened multiple times. I've blocked the number and advise others to do the same.

Vorsicht ist geboten, wenn diese Hotline anruft, sie versuchen einem irgendeinen Vertrag aufzudrängen, den man nicht haben will, vor allem die teure Daten-Flat, das ist Abzocke, ich habe sie geblockt

I switched to 1&1 and got phoned for advertising purposes without my permission. When it happened, I denied everything and said I needed nothing. Even so, a new contract appeared out of nowhere and money was debited. That's obviously a rip-off, so I've filed a complaint with the consumer centre and next up is reporting it to the authorities. For me, there's absolutely no more business with 1&1, and I hope this warning helps others avoid trouble. Do your research and you'll find plenty more reports revealing the real nature of these people.

Can't warn people enough about the tricks from this call centre. It's targeted fraud! Check emails carefully, or you'll end up with unwanted SIM cards and new numbers. Keep your distance!!! Hang up and block it!

Habe zu 1&1 gewechselt und trotz Widerspruchs Werbeanrufen erhalten. Plötzlich war ein neuer Vertrag da und Geld abgebucht. Das ist Abzocke. Beschwerde bei Verbraucherzentrale und Anzeige sind die Folge. Nie wieder 1&1!

Es kann nicht oft genug vor den Machenschaften dieses Callcenters gewarnt werden, da es sich um gezielten Betrug handelt. Prüfen Sie E-Mails genau, um ungewollte Bestellungen zu vermeiden. Finger weg und blockieren!

Oto ostrzeżenie przed oszukańczymi działaniami tego callcenter. Występuje celowy oszustwo! Warto dokładnie sprawdzić maile, inaczej można nabić się na simkarte z nowym numerem bez własnej woli. Trzeba uważać!!! Uwaga, blokadę!

Ich bin zu 1&1 gewechselt und wurde ohne meine Einwilligung zu Werbezwecken angerufen, das ist nicht korrekt, ich werde mich bei der Verbraucherzentrale beschweren, ich bin sehr ärgerlich

During the call, they claimed our plans now include unlimited data! Turned out it was just 3 GB on every SIM! I requested cancellation multiple times in the following days. It's the start of week three now, and no confirmation despite registered letter and email! Never again with 1&1!

Wir wurden über die Bedingungen unseres Tarifs getäuscht. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass wir unbegrenztes Datenvolumen hätten, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass es nur 3 GB waren. Wir haben versucht, den Vertrag zu kündigen, aber es wurde uns gesagt, dass die Stornierung nicht möglich sei.

I've switched to 1&1 because of their competitively priced plans. However, the phone number ruins it all with pushy sales practices. Calls come in constantly promoting supposedly superior contracts or fantastic add-ons, using shady methods like rushing through the price on recordings so you can't catch it properly, or phrasing it to sound like there's no extra charge—yet when the contract arrives and you scrutinise it, you see it does cost more. If you call back to sort it out, immigrants answer, acting stubbornly and aggressively throughout. This has left me extremely dissatisfied with 1&1, and I strongly advise caution against these calls.

1&1 bietet preislich gute Tarife, deshalb bin ich gewechselt. Aber der dreiste Vertrieb macht alles zunichte. Es wird regelmäßig angerufen und mit unfairen Taktiken für angeblich bessere Verträge geworben. Wenn man zurückschaltet, nehmen Ausländer die Gespräche an und verhalten sich aggressiv. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden und warne vor diesen Anrufen.

1&1 has very good prices, thats why I switched, but this number is ruining it with agressive sales tactics, they call regulary and try to sell you somthing, but they use unfair methods, like saying the price very fast so you dont hear it, or making it sound like its free, but when you get the contract, its actuallly more expensiv, and if you try to call them back to complain, they are very agressive and rude

Die Tarife von 1&1 sind preislich sehr attraktiv, was der Grund war, warum ich den Anbieter gewählt habe. Leider wird dies durch die aggressive Vertriebsstrategie zunichte gemacht. Es gibt regelmäßige Anrufe mit dem Ziel, mich zu überreden, teurere Verträge oder Zusatzangebote zu kaufen, wobei die Preise oft unklar oder unfair dargestellt werden. Wenn man sich beschweren möchte, wird man von Mitarbeitern konfrontiert, die unhöflich und aggressiv reagieren. Dies hat zu meiner großen Unzufriedenheit mit 1&1 geführt und ich warnen andere vor diesen Anrufen
