Ich wurde von dieser Nummer belästigt, die vorgab, von 1&1 zu sein, aber es handelte sich um einen typischen Phishing-Anruf. Die Nummer ist bereits auf meinem Handy blockiert, aber sie haben irgendwie auch meinen Festnetzanschluss gefunden und terrorisieren mich damit.
Es handelt sich um ein externes Callcenter, das zwar sehr verkaufswillig, aber nicht kompetent ist, und anstatt Kosten zu senken, verursacht es zusätzliche Ausgaben, und nach sechs Jahren wird der Vertrag nicht mehr verlängert.
