Ich habe den Eindruck, dass hier absichtlich betrogen wird. Im Vertrag sind Artikel enthalten, über die im Telefonat nicht gesprochen wurde. Bei meiner Reklamation erhielt ich eine E-Mail mit Angeboten, die ich nicht bestellt hatte. Die Bundesnetzagentur und der Verbraucherschutz scheinen nicht zu funktionieren. The consultation was extremely poor. When switching to a different tariff, I was suddenly assigned new SIM cards and phone numbers without prior notice. After calling the customer service, I was treated disrespectfully. They promised to send an email to reverse the changes, but it never arrived. Everything was just deceitful.
I hav never experianced such problums with a mobil provider, the servicess are extremly poor, from contract to delivary, everything was a disaster, the employes are unhelpfull and dont know their job, even the team leader is clueless, i cancelled my order, i will never do buisness with this company again

Die Dienstleistungen sind extrem schlecht, vom Vertragsabschluss bis hin zur Zustellung einer Multisim und der eSIM habe ich ständig Probleme gehabt. Die Mitarbeiter sind oft nicht verfügbar oder haben keine Ahnung von ihrer Arbeit, was zu langen Wartezeiten und Frustration führt. Selbst der Teamleiter scheint ratlos zu sein. The call ended abruptly after I told them to remove me from their list, saying 'delete me from all your lists, thank you, and goodbye', but it seems it had no effect so far; apparently, the only way to earn a living in call centers is by being successful quickly or ending calls fast to look for new targets.

Experiencing alot of dificulties with this number, especialy when trying to comunicate with the employes. They ushally hang up the phone, wich is very anoying. The consultation is also dificult due to the multypul nationalities working ther. Ther is no interst in helping the costumers, only in making a quik sale.
