Afterwards, I received a written email offer, followed shortly by a notification that I had been switched to a new contract, which I had never agreed to. This was eventually cancelled under the number 0721/9609508. The methods used here are those of scammers!

They deliberately deceive customers by adding Norton Security Online to the extended DSL contract. It's automatically activated and not charged in the first month, so you don't notice. By the time the second month's bill arrives, the 14-day cancellation period has expired, and you can't cancel it anymore. I think this is the most deceitful scam I've ever encountered.

Dreadful customer service from Grottenschlechter. Once I opted in for phone and email ads, I spoke to a 1&1 rep who didn't even introduce himself. First words: "I have good deal for you". After politely declining twice and stressing no need on the third, he ignored my refusals and pushed a contract extension. He turned rude, yelling in his native tongue for a minute. Suddenly his boss jumped in, equally hostile. I insisted they honour my choice and after persistent urging, he finally agreed not to change my plan. Truly brazen tactics. I strongly advise against them. Block immediately.

Following a withdrawal of my order, the customer service was extremely disappointing, taking two months and multiple hours on the hotline to resolve, after threatening legal action and involving consumer protection, I finally received my refund as per the distance selling contract, despite two unjustified reminders to pay, and subsequent debits and reminders after reversing the charge, the experience was utterly outrageous, with a staff member even attempting to mislead me about my rights regarding a verbal contract, thankfully one staff member was understanding and resolved the issue, nonetheless I will never deal with them again

A blatant attept to intimadate me with agressive sales tactics, lying about previous contacs, they didnt let me finish speeking - fortunatly i was louder and clearer than those ladies, number is blocked now, finaly some pece.
