As a former Fitness First member on the Gold Coast, I had previously canceled my membership due to relocation, yet they continued to contact me, claiming I had not; it would be beneficial for them to update their records.
I also recieved a call from this number, and they were very rude! The suposed Accounts guy said he would cancel my membership over the phone, but I was suspicious and went to FF, where they told me that the person I spoke to had no autority to do so.
Two calls were received from this number, and when returned, the call was answered with a message stating 'you have just called Fitness First, thank you', which seems suspicious.
