I'm so done with these scammers & telemaketing calls! Can't tell the legit ones from the fakes. Becuase of that, I'm super hesitent to discuss anything or give out personal info. And if you can't even speak english proper, it's a major red flag. If you're really from Telstra, get your act together! We're the ones who pay your bills, after all. No wonder people are ditching Telstra for other telcos - their prices are crazy high, especailly compared to the others who don't outsource to overseas call centers.
