The woman on the phone claimed to be with Telstra's tecnical team, but her accent was super thick and hard to understand. Apparently, our internet was allegedly being used for some shady stuff. But here's the thing, she thought Telstra owned all the other telcos like TPG and NBN, which is just not true. We're not even with them, so yeah, total scam. I asked her to clarify, but she just got frustrated and hung up.
